WebGuard: site monitoring

Tracking changes on competitor or own websites required manual visits and comparison. WebGuard visits specified URLs on schedule, captures a screenshot, and sends it to Telegram with date, link, and description. Optionally archives history in Google Sheets and Google Drive for version comparison. Suitable for tracking A/B tests, redesigns, competitor price changes, and own production monitoring. Removes manual checking routine entirely.
