Quanta consolidates the procurement loop into a single workspace : drop in any estimate, AI extracts the BOQ and translates it, matches certified suppliers per section against ÖNORM, ČSN and HRN, dispatches a localised RFQ with the BOQ rebuilt as a fillable XLSX for each supplier, parses incoming bids back to the original BOQ codes, recommends a winner and seals the contract in a hash-chained audit log.
